Accident Reporting Centre (ARC)
BKB had two (2) Accident Reporting Centre (ARC); one (1) in Bandar Seri Begawan located at Lambak Kanan Industrial Area and one (1) in Kuala Belait located at Lorong Seria Diraja.
Both Accident Reporting Centre are equipped with 24 hours CCTV for security and monitoring purposes. It has front counters to assist on claims reporting for customers of Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) and Third-Party Claimants which operate as follows:
Monday to Thursday : 8:00 am to 12noon and 1:30pm to 4:00pm
Friday : 8:00 am to 11:30am and 2:30pm to 4:00pm
Saturday : 8:00 am to 11:30am
Each Accident Reporting Centres (ARC) have their own holding yard with sufficient space to hold up accident vehicles of Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) customers. The holding yards are open 24hours 7 days a week including public holidays and guarded by one security guard.
All accident vehicles will be towed to ARC in Lambak and/or Kuala Belait depending which zone / area the accident is. Upon inspection and approval from TBA, the accident vehicles will then be arranged and towed to assigned Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) Authorized Workshop for repair.
