BKB as Authorized Service Provider for Insurance Companies – Towing Services
BKB was appointed as the Authorized Service Provider for Takaful Brunei Am Sdn Bhd (TBA) since 2013; providing Unlimited Towing and Roadside Assistance Services to over 150,000 private motor takaful policy holders. In 2019 BKB launched“24 ROADSIDE ASSIST”as its new brand name with a dedicated Accident Reporting Centre which is a one-stop motor accident service centre where Takaful customers may lodge an accident notification or a motor accident claim report, assisted by customer service representatives.
Vehicle breakdown has become common and more complex in everyday’s life.Over the years gaining experience, BKB has managed to improve their services to all its principal customers.
BKB has so far achieved a performance of above 90% KPI benchmark target achievement and has then maintained above 90% achievement to provide towing services below 30 minutes; including roadside assistance services.
BKB also provide better roadside assistance services and promptly assist customers for change of tyre due flat, jump start car battery due flat, provide emergency fuel (free 3 litres), locked / lost of keys, transportation (drop-off) and hasconsistently maintained performance above 90% KPI achievement for their services within 30 minutes.

BKB provided Unlimited Towing and Roadside Assistance Services widely spreading over the nations for all breakdown vehicles beyond Brunei Muara, Tutong, Kuala Belait and Temburong District.
With the reputation and trust in providing towing and roadside assistance services for the past decade, BKB has now well recognized amongst all customers and become the number 1 towing service provider in Brunei Darussalam.
BKB was approached by overseas and conventional insurance companies to be contracted as their Authorized Towing Service Provider. BKB was appointed by AWP Services Singapore Pte Ltd to provide the services for the membership of QAF Auto BMW Brunei since 1st March 2023; including National Insurance Company Sdn Bhd and Tokio Marine Insurance Singapore Ltd (Brunei Branch) for Unlimited Towing and Roadside Assistance Service for their motor private policyholders effective 1st July 2023 and 1st November 2023 respectively.
BKB has so far provided services above 90% KPI benchmark target and has then maintained the percentage achievement to provide the towing and roadside assistance services for their valued customers below 30 minutes.
